Tax invoices done right

The hard parts, built in-house

Offline sync, Indian GST and AI cost control are hard to get right. KadaAI builds each one itself, and tunes it for Indian shops.

A local-first sync engine of our own

Every sale is saved on the till first. Tills sync every 15 seconds, retry with backoff, and nothing is ever double-counted. Problems show on an honest status light, and sales are never silently lost.

How sync works

GST maths built for Indian retail

Price-slab rates, chosen on the discounted price of each piece. A bill discount is split across the lines before GST, so taxable value and tax come out right.

NewEach till mints its own tax-invoice series, so for a GST-registered shop the receipt is the tax invoice, even offline.

AI on each shop’s own data

Read-only and scoped to one store. Each store has a monthly request quota, a cost cap and a kill switch. The platform can switch between Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini, so KadaAI is not tied to one AI vendor.

How the AI works

Secure by default

The till’s database is encrypted with AES-256, with a key sealed by the operating system. Every till has its own device key, PINs are hashed, sign-ins lock out after repeated failures, and every shop’s data is walled off from every other shop’s, covered by automated tests.
